* “Academy” refers to the Research Mentor Clinic.

* “Services” refer to the coaching and educational services provided by the Academy.

* “Website” refers to the Academy’s website located at https://rmcdr.com/.

* “Coach” refers to Trainers, Mentors or Professionals appointed by academy either on Full time or Part Time. 

* “User” refers to any individual accessing or using the Academy’s services.

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Academy’s services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the services.
  2. Coaching Services: The Academy provides coaching services aimed at personal and professional development. These services are provided by the Research Mentor Clinic and are subject to availability.
  3. Payment and Fees: Payment for coaching services and educational resources may be required. Fees and payment terms will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of services.
  4. Intellectual Property: All content provided by the Academy, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, is the intellectual property of the Academy and/or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
  5. Confidentiality: Any information shared between the User and the Coach during coaching sessions will be kept confidential unless otherwise agreed upon in writing or required by law.
  6. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Academy makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information or content provided. The Academy is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of its services.
  7. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Academy or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of its services.
  8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
